DIY Night vision webcam

 very simple and easy conversion of webcam into a night vision camera............

Things needed:

•    an old webcam
• Small piecde of  x-ray film
•   screwdriver
•   & some free time........

PROCEDURE:

First of all unscrew your camera and dis assemble it

Lens assembly od Camera

   Now try to disassemble lens assembly.............

Gently unscrew the head placed on lens to disassemble

Here is the lens

This is disassembled lens assembly.........now remove this lens and behind this there will be an IR filter---a small square glass with reddish shed....

Remove this IR Filter.

Cut a square of same size from any old X-ray or negative and put it in the place of filter

Assemble all the things back and your DIY NIGHT VISION camera is ready.......Have fun......

Using some IR LEDs torch to "Illuminate" the object would give better results....
